Dr. Tracy Kish BScn rn dc
Tracy Kish is a chiropractor, an Advanced Practice Clinician in Spine care, an assessor for the Ministry of Health program that screens back pain patients on behalf of spine surgeons at Toronto Western Hospital. A co-owner of Westwood Health (with Wendy Martin) she has been treating patients with a variety of muscle and joint complaints for many years. Prior to becoming a chiropractor, Tracy Kish practiced as an OR nurse for many years. She uses acupuncture, does vestibular rehab and is a Shift Concussion Management clinician. Tracy Kish also provides emergency first aid at sporting and music events. She is a proud mother of two.
Dr. Wendy Martin bah dc
Wendy Martin is a chiropractor, Shift Concussion Management clinician, and together with Tracy Kish, co-owner of Westwood Health. In practice since 2002 (formerly as owner/operator of Eastside Chiropractic), Wendy Martin uses joint adjustments (diversified/manual and Activator), joint mobilizations, soft tissue therapy (including Fascial Distortion Model), education and exercise prescription to help patients achieve their goals with comfort. Whether young or old, injured or hoping to live more optimally, Wendy Martin wants to help people to move better and to feel better. With her husband, children and dog, Wendy Martin lives nearby and enjoys the wonderful community that she helps to serve.
Etsuko Shibamoto rmt
Etsuko Shibamoto is a registered massage therapist who uses a variety of soft tissue techniques to help with aches and pains. She uses fascial release. She is caring and attentive to patient needs, adapting her touch to patient comfort and tolerance. Estuko does pregnancy massage, sports injuries and any other aches and pains. She speaks English and Japanese.
Stefan Guan RMT
Stefan Guan is a registered massage therapist. Before coming to Canada, he practiced as a traditional Chinese medical practitioner in China for many years. He uses massage, tuina, pressure points and a firm touch to work out difficult knots. He performs assisted stretching that will mobilize tight areas. Athletes love this deep, effective care.
Laura Allison Iler Kaufer MSc rac
Laura Kaufer is a registered acupuncturist who trained both in Canada and in China. She uses acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, tuina or massage, guasha - a soft tissue treatment, and electro stimulation to treat a variety of conditions and complaints. As an avid paddler and member of dragonboat and outrigger teams, she has a keen interest in optimal body conditioning and athletic performance using Chinese medicine as a way to balance, tonify, and repair. With previous education and work experience in nutrition, she is passionate about promoting a positive relationship with food and leading a balanced lifestyle.
